November 10 - Bring-Your-Own-Tree

This month we welcome you to bring in your own tree to work on (1-3 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Utica, 10 Higby Rd, Utica). We will work on trees with winter preparation in mind and our discussion will focus on winter storage and care. As always club wire is provided. November is a good time to do wiring work. Some of your trees may need wire removal. Your deciduous trees are dropping leaves now and you can more easily see the branch structure. New wire can be applied without foliage in the way. Bring your tools.

Last Month

So glad to see chilly temperatures and rain did not deter people from joining us at D'Alessandro's! We had a fun day sharing stories of trees and enjoying the warm hospitality of friends. Donuts and hot apple cider also kept us cozy, and it was wonderful treat to have Three Village cheese bring their samples.
